You can request an appointment by using the “Request Appointment” button on our website, calling our main office, or submitting a referral from your provider. Once we receive your request, our team will reach out to confirm details, verify insurance, and match you with the most appropriate clinician.

A referral is not always required. Some insurance plans prefer or require a referral from your primary care provider, while others allow self-referrals. If you’re unsure, contact us and we’ll help you understand what your plan requires.

Please bring your photo ID, insurance card, a list of current medications, any relevant medical or psychological records, and completed intake forms if they were sent to you in advance. Arriving 10–15 minutes early helps us start on time.

Our clinicians support adults experiencing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, ADHD, stress, and adjustment difficulties. We also provide support for life transitions, relationship challenges, and overall emotional wellness.

Yes. Twinkle Psych provides integrated care, which may include therapy, psychological evaluations, and medication management depending on your needs. Your treatment plan is personalized and may involve collaboration between multiple members of our team.

Most therapy sessions last about 45–60 minutes. Frequency depends on your goals and clinical needs and may range from weekly to monthly visits. Your clinician will discuss a recommended schedule with you during your initial appointment.

Twinkle Psych works with many major insurance plans. Our Accepted Insurance page is updated regularly and lists our current partners. If you don’t see your plan listed, contact our office—sometimes we can still bill out-of-network benefits or explore private-pay options.

Our team will verify your benefits before your first appointment whenever possible. We’ll explain your estimated co-pay, co-insurance, or deductible so there are no financial surprises. Final patient responsibility depends on how your insurance processes the claim.

Yes. For patients who are uninsured or prefer not to use insurance, we offer self-pay rates. In some situations we may be able to discuss payment plans. Please contact our billing team to review options.

Many of our services are available via secure video visits. Telehealth can be a great option if you have transportation challenges, live farther from our offices, or simply prefer to be seen from home. Availability may vary based on your location and insurance plan.

You’ll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera, a stable internet connection, and a quiet, private space. We’ll send you a secure link before your session. It’s helpful to log in a few minutes early to test your audio and video.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee, as that time is reserved specifically for you.

Twinkle Psych is not a 24-hour emergency facility. If you are in crisis or having thoughts of harming yourself or others, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. You can also contact your local crisis line or national crisis resources for immediate support.

You can reach our team by phone, through the Contact Us form on our website, or by speaking with your clinician during your visit. We’re happy to clarify anything about your care, scheduling, or billing.
